Guest Room Attendant

About the role

The Guest Room Attendant ensures that each guest room meets Hilton's high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. You will work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, to provide a consistent and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Observe all house, safety, housekeeping, and security procedures.
• Return and restock cleaning cart at the end of each shift.
• Complete additional deep‑cleaning or seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local activities and attractions relevant to guests.
