Head of Commercial Operations – EV

About the role

The Head of Commercial Operations will lead the end‑to‑end commercial operations for Xiaomi’s electric vehicle business, ensuring a seamless customer purchase journey across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the commercial operations framework supporting the customer purchase journey.
• Establish operational processes, controls and governance standards for orders, payments, financing, trade‑ins, pricing execution and customer escalations.
• Design and implement scalable operational workflows for direct, agency and distributor markets.
• Own operational readiness for new markets, products, services and customer‑journey initiatives.
• Set up exception management, approval and escalation frameworks for non‑standard scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, legal and market‑specific requirements across Europe.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous‑improvement projects to boost speed, accuracy and customer experience.
• Partner with functional leaders, market teams and global stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial, sales or order‑management operations in automotive, retail, e‑commerce or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes, operational controls and customer transaction management.
• Experience designing scalable operational frameworks across multiple markets or business units.
• Highly analytical with a process‑improvement and automation mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to align cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth and ambiguous environments.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and passionate about operational excellence and customer experience.
