Head of Customer Delivery

About the role

We are building the world’s decision infrastructure for complex industrial problems. As Head of Customer Delivery you will own end‑to‑end customer success, leading development projects, acting as the primary customer face, and translating real‑world decision challenges into actionable optimization models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from initial discovery through proof of value and paid pilot phases.
• Collaborate with researchers and modelers to design and implement decision‑grade optimization models on customer data.
• Analyse industrial data, translate constraints into clean optimization problems, and present results to senior management.
• Define and continuously improve the delivery process, including proof‑of‑value criteria and hand‑off to strategic partners.
• Build and scale the delivery function, hiring and mentoring future delivery talent.

Required profile

• Hands‑on problem‑solver with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Experience managing complex, data‑driven projects in an industrial or technical environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and navigate ambiguous, novel processes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
