Head of Customer Experience

About the role

As Head of Customer Experience at comstruct, you will own the entire post‑sales journey for our construction‑tech customers. You will lead a team that spans solution engineering, rollout, adoption, expansion and support, ensuring flawless implementations and a best‑in‑class experience that makes comstruct the operating system of every construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the CX organization, hiring, developing and coaching the team across the full customer experience journey.
• Transform technical rollouts into a repeatable machine, delivering POVs, supplier integrations and multi‑site deployments in weeks rather than quarters.
• Own the post‑sales P&L, linking customer health to ARR, running strategic QBRs and surfacing expansion signals before sales involvement.
• Shape product direction by feeding field insights into engineering and product sprint meetings, ensuring roadmap prioritization reflects real customer needs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in solution engineering, implementation, value engineering or customer success within enterprise or mid‑market environments with high implementation complexity.
• At least 1‑2 years of leadership experience, having built and documented playbooks from scratch.
• Ability to read and map ERP integrations and discuss feasibility with engineers.
• Strong commercial ownership experience, including upsell qualification, pricing defense and expansion driving.
• Excellent composure in multi‑layered enterprise accounts and stakeholder conversations.
• Native‑level German and fluent English.
