Head of Data Intelligence Products

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Data Intelligence Products to lead the vision and delivery of AI‑driven data solutions for Global 2000 enterprises. This strategic role sits at the intersection of product strategy, advanced data technologies, and executive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Data Intelligence solutions, aligning with executive leadership and company strategy.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Product Managers across Europe and the US, fostering high performance and innovation.
• Oversee development of AI‑native capabilities, including AI agents for data discovery, governance, and workflow automation.
• Translate strategic vision into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Act as a primary liaison with Chief Data Officers and enterprise clients to understand needs and support digital transformation.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts such as Gartner and Forrester to position the product as a category leader.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure cloud‑native architecture, AI/ML integration, and scalable system design.
• Drive the evolution from traditional metadata management toward AI‑driven, automated, self‑service data platforms.
• Influence product strategy through market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years leading product managers.
• Deep expertise in modern data ecosystems – data governance, cataloging, quality, and mesh principles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models and AI agents, with proven application to data problems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into detailed roadmaps and technical execution plans.
• Experience in both fast‑paced startup environments and large enterprise or corporate structures.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud‑native architectures.
