Head of Digital Growth

About the role

We are a fast‑growing hospitality and retail group seeking a Head of Digital Growth to lead digital operations and IT projects across 30 stores in Germany. The role combines strategic oversight of technology roll‑outs with hands‑on optimisation of payment, POS and ERP platforms, supporting new store openings and continuous business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital and IT projects across multiple store locations.
• Manage technology setup for new store openings, including POS and cash systems.
• Oversee and optimise integrations with Adyen, Lightspeed, Oracle and NetSuite.
• Coordinate with external IT partners and support providers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Drive automation, process improvements and digital optimisation.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT project management or digital operations.
• Background in hospitality, retail or quick‑service restaurant (QSR) highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with POS, payment and ERP systems.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English and minimum B2 level German.
