Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on marketing leader to own and scale the company’s marketing engine in a fast‑growing AI‑driven product environment. You will translate a technical product into compelling positioning and build a repeatable growth motion that generates demand and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing end‑to‑end with strategic and operational responsibility and budget ownership.
• Define positioning, storytelling, and content that makes a technical product memorable and conversion‑focused.
• Set strategy, priorities, and KPIs across channels and report on pipeline impact.
• Build and run a growth playbook that emphasizes AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid channels.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches for new segments and international markets.
• Operate hands‑on initially and hire and scale a high‑performing marketing team as needed.
• Continuously test and prove new channels using experiments and data to drive decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years in growth or marketing with end‑to‑end ownership and meaningful budget responsibility.
• Strong track record translating a technical product into clear positioning and storytelling.
• Hands‑on growth experience across organic and paid channels with repeatable playbooks and data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing and inbound growth.
• Experience building and leading a marketing team while remaining operationally involved.
• Fluency in English and German and willingness to work on‑site in Berlin.

What we offer

• Salary range: 75,000 EUR to 120,000 EUR annually.
