Health & Safety Specialist – Construction Projects in Germany

About the role

We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to join a leading engineering and construction firm in Germany. The role focuses on pre‑energisation inspections and ensuring full compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations for large‑scale electrical and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health and safety inspections before energising electrical lines.
• Verify compliance with occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations and site safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to maintain safe working environments.
• Support on‑site safety procedures, documentation and reporting.
• Participate in project‑based assignments across Germany as required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) covering all three specialisations.
• 2–3 years of experience in Health & Safety or PRL roles, preferably within construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations.
• High level of German language proficiency.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany.
