About the role

We are seeking a remote Healthcare Project Manager to lead a team of medical experts in training frontier AI models for top AI‑lab customers. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, scalability, and quality across large‑scale healthcare data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise complex healthcare and medical data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage human data managers and subject‑matter experts, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
• Communicate directly with AI‑lab clients on high‑impact projects, ensuring delivery meets the highest standards.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with data managers to structure, optimise, and maintain large‑scale data sets.

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong background in data operations and complex workflow design.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience handling large data sets while maintaining data quality.
