About the role

Sobi is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and execute HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role partners closely with business leaders to foster a culture of scientific excellence and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and drive recruitment for defined functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
• Administer performance review cycles, goal‑setting frameworks, and succession planning.
• Support global compensation processes, salary reviews, STI/LTI programs, and monthly payroll administration.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local employment laws and industry regulations; maintain handbooks and documentation.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and contract management.
• Track and report HR metrics such as turnover and time‑to‑fill.
