About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to drive the evolution of our client’s HR technology landscape in Germany. You will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ATOSS time management and payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with adjacent HR applications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting and system support for the full HRIS suite, focusing on digitalisation and process optimisation.
- Implement, configure, and enhance the ATOSS time management system and related payroll applications.
- Lead HRIS projects from concept through go‑live, coordinating external service providers and managing deliverables.
- Conduct system and functional testing, maintain technical documentation, and deliver 1st‑ and 2nd‑level support.
- Organise and deliver training for HR teams and end‑users.
- Provide functional leadership to the time‑management and payroll team in Germany.
Required profile
- Degree in business informatics, business administration/economics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in HR digitalisation, especially implementing time‑management and payroll systems in an industrial setting.
Required skills
- Strong expertise with the ATOSS time management system.
- Proficiency in relational databases, data migration, and reporting/visualisation tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
