Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

As a core HR partner for JD's international expansion, you will support the rapidly growing global business by shaping people strategies, building talent pipelines, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role includes a 6–12‑month immersive rotation at the Beijing headquarters to gain deep business insight.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a Beijing Headquarters rotation, contributing to talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics projects.
• Translate international market strategies into actionable people strategies, providing insights on organizational design and cultural integration.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical supply‑chain and logistics roles and design talent development programs such as the Global Young Talent Program.
• Diagnose and optimize organizational structures and performance management systems across cross‑cultural teams.
• Champion JD’s corporate culture, manage employee relations, and enhance the employee lifecycle experience globally.
