Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are establishing a new team in Raunheim and need a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on HR generalist duties in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with company goals.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process in Germany, ensuring timely hiring of high‑quality talent and supporting employer branding.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee‑relations issues, guaranteeing compliance with local labour laws and liaising with authorities and works council.
• Manage the payroll service provider relationship, monitor compensation practices, and advise on salary benchmarking and internal equity.
• Support the design and rollout of performance frameworks and coordinate training initiatives.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including visa applications, supplier management and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in an independent, stand‑alone role.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Experience working in cross‑cultural environments and willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
