Human Resources Manager – Stuttgart

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions for our new delivery rider fleet in Stuttgart, Germany. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through off‑boarding, ensuring compliance with German labour law while supporting rapid operational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for delivery riders and operational staff, including job ads, interviews, contracts and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and oversee the complete employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with German labour legislation and act as the primary HR contact for staff and management.
• Implement and run payroll processes, calculate monthly payroll and coordinate salary payments with accounting and external partners.
• Handle vacation requests, sick leave, workplace accidents and coordinate with insurance providers and authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in human resources and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and employment regulations.
• Experience managing payroll processes.
• Highly organized, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent German; professional English is highly desirable.
