Indirect Spend Purchaser – Procurement (All Genders)

About the role

We are building an Indirect Procurement function from scratch and need a hands‑on professional to own its creation. You will work closely with the Head of Procurement to shape strategy, design processes and become a key partner for the whole organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Indirect Procurement policies, category strategies and long‑term roadmaps.
• Manage the full purchase‑order lifecycle, consolidate the supplier base and resolve daily vendor issues.
• Lead negotiations and contract management for real‑estate & facilities leases, professional services and general indirect spend.
• Optimize spend and vendor relationships across office supplies, overhead categories and external workforce providers.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in Real Estate/Facilities and Professional Services.
• Proven experience setting up procurement processes in fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with high‑value service contracts.
• Fluent English (C1); German or Polish is a strong advantage.
