International Key Account Manager – Retail Growth

About the role

Join yfood, a fast‑growing Smart Food brand, as an International Key Account Manager. You will expand the company’s retail footprint across high‑potential European markets, shaping sales strategies and building strong distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by scaling the international retail business in assigned countries.
• Own the commercial agenda – distribution, assortment, placement, pricing, trade terms, and promotional planning.
• Develop and manage a network of distributors, retail partners, and sales agencies.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support pricing, trade, and promotional decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations for logistics, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Marketing to adapt activation plans to local market dynamics while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform continuous improvement.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in FMCG, preferably with an international focus.
• Proven track record of growing retail sales across Western and Eastern Europe.
• Hands‑on, commercially driven mindset with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
