Internship – Business Process Digitalization in Mobility Electronics

About the role

Join Bosch’s Central Finance and Controlling Department for Mobility Electronics as an intern focused on business process digitalisation. You will work on projects that optimise controlling processes, analyse product cost data and support the digital transformation of our global production network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the digitalisation of controlling processes and KPI reporting across the worldwide electronics production network.
• Analyse product cost data and contribute to cost‑controlling improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of controlling tools, including Power BI dashboards and SAP Signavio models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data quality.
• Participate in agile project teams, helping to plan, execute and monitor process‑optimisation initiatives.
• Document process changes and provide training material for end‑users.

Required profile

• Enrolled in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach complex issues in a structured way.
• Proactive, independent learner who enjoys teamwork and delivering results.
• Fluent in English (business level).
• Interest in finance, controlling and IT‑driven process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience creating visualisations in Power BI.
• Ability to develop Excel macros for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with SAP Signavio for process modelling.
