IT Coordinator

About the role

As an IT Coordinator you will support the day‑to‑day IT operations of hotels and corporate locations across Eastern Germany. You will act as the primary technical contact, ensuring that all technology solutions run smoothly, securely and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line IT support for hotel and corporate users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Support hotel openings, conversions and technical implementations.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions and access management in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Administer servers, networking equipment and hotel technology systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories and support records.
• Collaborate closely with hotel teams and the central IT department.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering first‑ and second‑line IT support.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
• Familiarity with user account and access management in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Hands‑on experience with server and network equipment administration.
