IT Specialist (MES) – User Support & System Administration

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist focused on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to join our Leingarten site. You will provide daily user support, manage core IT infrastructure and act as the bridge between suppliers, customers and our headquarters development team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for MES, EDI, Windows 10/11, Office 365, CATIA, IPC, printers and scanners.
• Administer network and communication systems including LAN, WLAN, VPN and telephone infrastructure.
• Gather business requirements, evaluate feasibility, propose solutions and draft functional specifications for technical development.
• Support company projects that involve IT components.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT system administration.
• Strong written and spoken German and English skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development and database management is a plus.
• Familiarity with MES and ERP concepts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
