IT Support Engineer – Munich

About the role

Bragi is looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join its Munich office. You will work on a variety of systems, helping internal teams solve technical challenges and ensuring smooth operation of our AI‑driven workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for macOS, Windows and Linux end‑user devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot modern SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, identity management and collaboration tools.
• Manage user access, authentication (SSO, MFA), API integrations and connectors.
• Support AI‑powered workplace tools and enterprise AI integrations.
• Handle IT hardware operations: device setup, onboarding/off‑boarding, asset tracking, shipment handling and workstation support.
• Assist with core infrastructure tasks including servers, virtualization, networking, backups, datacenter operations and office IT maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, conduct SaaS audits and ensure compliance with GDPR/DSGVO standards.

Required profile

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, enterprise applications and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux and endpoint support.
• Familiarity with networking, virtualization, backup and general IT operations.
• Proven ability to manage IT hardware, asset tracking and employee onboarding.
