Italian‑Speaking Analyst (m/f/x)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Analyst to support our coverage of Italy, France and Spain, with a primary focus on Italy. The role combines fundraising support, market research and the preparation of marketing materials, offering a fast‑paced environment and the chance to grow into a senior sales position.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect potential investors by email and phone to assist senior colleagues in fundraising activities.
• Support partners in preparing and following up on investor meetings and roadshows.
• Coordinate inquiries with General Partners and track interactions.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential investors.
• Maintain and update the investor database and improve internal processes.
• Assist in creating marketing materials for the firm and its partners.
• Support General Partners during due‑diligence processes and organise conference attendance.

Required profile

• Native‑level Italian and fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field; CFA or CAIA certifications are advantageous.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, sales development or capital formation within asset management, placement agencies or similar finance environments.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the covered geographies.
