Junior Account Executive (German Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Executive who speaks German to join our commercial and education client teams. You will help drive growth for a leading managed IT service provider by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, managing renewals and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using warm leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records in CRM software.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
