Junior Associate – Client Services

About the role

Third Bridge is looking for a Junior Associate to join its Client Services team. You will be at the core of the business, connecting industry experts with demanding clients and helping deliver high‑impact insights under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, call and engage experts across multiple sectors to secure their time for client calls.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑calibre expert interviews.
• Cold‑call experts, overcome objections and win buy‑in.
• Manage several projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
• Rapidly acquire knowledge of markets, business models and regulations.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s full suite of services, including the content library, surveys and advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Competitive, target‑driven and comfortable picking up the phone.
• Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person.
• Curious, quick learner who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Resilient, motivated to exceed goals and build rapport fast.
• Business fluency in German (written and oral, C1 level or higher).
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience and proven grit.

Required skills

• German language proficiency (C1+ written and oral).
