Junior Business Development – Commercial Charging (Central Europe)

About the role
As a Junior Business Development professional you will support Tesla’s Commercial Charging division in driving sales of high‑power charging solutions across Central Europe. Based in Munich, you will work closely with major partners such as charge‑point operators, real‑estate owners and retail chains to expand the Supercharger and Heavy‑Duty Charging network.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close new commercial charging deals with key accounts in Central Europe.
- Grow existing relationships and increase volume across established partners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline covering a wide range of customer sectors.
- Conduct market analysis and commercial benchmarking to shape sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide field insights to influence product improvements and generate new demand.
- Create marketing and sales collateral and represent Tesla at industry events.
Required profile
- First experience managing sales pipelines or a comparable role.
- High‑energy, gritty attitude with a “no‑ego” mindset and ability to act quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the European EV charging market (preferred).
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Polish, Czech, Hungarian, French or Italian are a plus.
- Excellent multi‑project management skills and willingness to travel 2–3 days per week, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s licence.
