Junior Business Development Manager (Remote, Germany)

About the role

As a (Junior) Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Shared Operations Services team and local Operations teams across Europe. You will lead projects that improve daily business operations, optimise processes and expand our international portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, engage with stakeholders and ensure targets are met.
• Define short‑ and long‑term improvement actions, prioritise them according to company strategy.
• Implement solutions by coordinating internal resources and stakeholders EU‑wide for timely roll‑out.
• Own diverse projects from setup to evaluation, generating ideas and measuring outcomes.
• Act as the main point of contact for local Operations teams and other departments to clarify processes and targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Practical experience in Business Development, Project Management or Operations.
• Organised mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to build structure from the ground up.
• Fast‑adapting personality, high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable items from large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
