Junior Business Development Manager – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our Shared Operations Services team and collaborate with local Operations teams across Europe. Based in Germany and working 100% remotely, you will drive innovative solutions, optimise processes and expand our portfolio on an international scale.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, engage with stakeholders and ensure targets are met.
• Define short‑ and long‑term improvement actions, prioritising tools and process enhancements.
• Implement solutions by coordinating internal resources and stakeholders EU‑wide for timely roll‑out.
• Own diverse projects from setup to evaluation, generating ideas and tracking progress.
• Act as the main point of contact for local Operations teams and other departments, clarifying processes and targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Practical experience in business development, project management or operations.
• Organised mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to build structure from the ground up.
• Fast‑adapting, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
