Junior CRM Manager – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

Join Clue’s CRM team to own and grow email communication with millions of monthly users. You will lead one‑off campaigns, manage the newsletter, and collaborate across partnerships, marketing, science, and product.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute one‑off CRM campaigns in Braze, including partnership launches, marketing promotions, and science team surveys.
• Own the monthly newsletter end‑to‑end, from content sourcing to sending, and develop it into a recurring, well‑resourced channel.
• Manage quality assurance for email, push, and in‑app messages and support segmentation and personalization using Braze’s audience tools and Liquid templating.
• Monitor campaign performance (deliverability, engagement, conversion) and report on results, proposing and running A/B tests to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing, preferably with Braze or a similar platform.
• Comfortable working with segmentation, personalization, and campaign QA.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; SQL and JavaScript experience a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset, using spreadsheets to track and report performance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Excellent written English and genuine interest in women’s health.
