Junior Product Designer

About the role

We are building the next generation of AI‑driven procurement tools, where agents handle entire workflows and buyers supervise outcomes. As a Junior Product Designer you will help shape how non‑technical procurement professionals interact with and trust these AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product work: define flows, design screens, create prototypes, and ship features to paying customers within weeks.
• Design the interaction between AI agents and users, focusing on trust, review, and decision‑making.
• Build prototypes quickly using Figma, code, or AI‑assisted tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to polish the last‑mile experience, review pull requests, and tweak interactions before release.
• Elevate visual and interaction quality as engineering velocity scales.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of product design experience (strong internships count) with a portfolio of shipped work, preferably in B2B, complex workflows, or data‑heavy products.
• Strong visual and interaction instincts; ability to follow design system guidelines and optimise user journeys.
• Understanding of the design‑to‑development lifecycle and cross‑functional alignment.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) for ideation, research, and rapid prototyping.
• Systems thinking – you consider how multiple features feel together.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping quality work.
