Junior Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team and develop a solid foundation in sales. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the full sales cycle while supporting existing accounts and exploring new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage a portfolio of existing accounts and learn the sales process hands‑on.
• Map comprehensive customer profiles to uncover untapped opportunities and generate new revenue streams.
• Handle new contracts, sales requirements, and inquiries using our CRM system.
• Contact existing and prospective accounts, following established sales steps to build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or enthusiastic newcomer with a commercial mindset.
• Up to one year of sales administration experience.
• Fluent in English; a second European language (e.g., German, French, or a Nordic language) is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle pressure, rejection, and uncertainty with a positive, extraverted attitude.
