About the role

blp is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to join its remote team in Germany. You will be the front‑line of growth, engaging decision‑makers at industrial companies and turning leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
Lead discovery meetings and analyse processes with key stakeholders to hand over qualified demo opportunities.
Develop tailored value propositions by understanding pain points across finance, procurement and sales.
Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and prospecting methods.
Stay updated on market trends, P2P and O2C processes, and industry developments.
Prioritise complex client tasks, identify bottlenecks and drive deals forward.

Required profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree (any field).
