Junior Talent Acquisition Manager & Sourcer

About the role

As a (Jr.) Talent Acquisition Manager & Sourcer at HOLY, you will support the company’s rapid growth by leading full‑cycle recruitment for multiple functions and building proactive talent pipelines. You will work in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment, helping to attract and hire people who share the brand’s passion for healthier, sustainable soft drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and other creative sourcing methods.
• Support ATS optimisation, interview workflow improvements and recruitment documentation.
• Create and share employer‑branding content on LinkedIn to position HOLY as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving, multicultural team.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and networking.
• Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
