Junior Tracking Specialist (All Genders)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Tracking Specialist to support the measurement of user behaviour across our e‑commerce sites and future apps. You will work with our Senior Tracking Specialist to continuously improve our Google Tag Manager and GA4 setups, ensuring high‑quality data for marketing, optimisation and business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve client‑ and server‑side Google Tag Manager configurations, including Google Cloud features.
• Maintain and enhance the GA4 implementation for 10+ country domains.
• Implement data‑quality monitoring and build reports in Looker Studio.
• Contribute to the measurement strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Educate stakeholders on tracking capabilities and limitations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in digital analytics and support marketing requests.
• Collaborate closely with data and marketing teams to solve business questions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience setting up Server‑Side GTM in a multi‑domain environment.
• Familiarity with tracking needs of paid channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Interest in how AI can augment digital measurement.
