About the role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to own and develop Yepoda’s strategic partnership with Sephora across the EU. This role is fully dedicated to Sephora and will be pivotal in driving retail growth, brand visibility and commercial performance for our clean K‑Beauty products.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage Yepoda’s relationship with Sephora EU as the main point of contact for all commercial and operational topics.
  • Take full ownership of the Sephora account, being accountable for performance, strategy and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora buying, category and retail teams.
  • Lead commercial discussions including assortment, launch plans, promotional calendars and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
  • Challenge and influence Sephora stakeholders to unlock commercial opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities and creating clear action plans.
  • Ensure strong brand presence across all Sephora touchpoints, both in‑store and online.
  • Collaborate with in‑store teams to improve product visibility, merchandising and customer experience.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns.
  • Manage forecasting and sell‑through planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and category trends to strengthen Yepoda’s positioning.
  • Ensure initiatives are driven to completion with clear timelines and accountability.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing a key account in the beauty or retail sector.
  • Ability to act as the main commercial and operational liaison for a major retailer.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with buying, category and retail teams.
  • Proactive mindset with the capacity to identify and drive commercial opportunities independently.
  • Analytical ability to monitor KPIs, assess performance and develop actionable plans.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams.
