Key Lead – Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a high‑quality in‑store experience at the Hollister store in Mall of Berlin. Acting as the floor supervisor, the role combines team coaching, operational oversight and a focus on driving daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines to prepare the store for operation.
• Operate register and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Fulfill OMNI‑channel orders and manage inventory control.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while actively driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays that reflect brand standards.
• Analyze sales and operational reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience supervising retail floor staff and guiding Brand Representatives and Stock Associates.
• Proven ability to coach team members and improve store performance.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Track record of achieving daily sales targets.
