Learning & Development Manager

About the role

As a Learning & Development Manager at Westwing, you will strengthen performance across the organisation by designing and scaling high‑impact learning initiatives. You will focus on leadership development and talent programmes, ensuring teams have the skills and mindset to deliver strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive L&D initiatives, with a focus on leadership trainings and the key talent programme.
• Design and implement scalable learning formats such as trainings, workshops and development journeys aligned with business needs.
• Build and continuously evolve leadership development concepts and frameworks.
• Develop and manage structured talent programmes to identify and grow high‑potential employees.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable learning solutions and create high‑quality training materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, leveraging AI tools to enhance design, personalisation and scalability.
• Track success through KPIs, feedback loops and continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong interest in people development, leadership topics and AI applications in L&D.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
