About the role

The Lobby Houseperson ensures that the hotel’s public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests at all times. Working on a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, you will be the front‑line ambassador for guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, aiming for full satisfaction.
Report any maintenance deficiencies and ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
Restock and return cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
Perform deep‑cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
Observe all housekeeping, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and coworkers.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

Proper chemical handling.
