Logistics Operations Manager (Germany)

About the role

XPENG is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead vehicle logistics across Europe, ensuring efficient execution, compliance, and strong supplier relationships. The role is based in Germany and supports the company’s rapid growth in intelligent mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead XPENG vehicle logistics operations, network and supplier relationship management across Europe.
• Schedule logistics activities and manage execution, including terminal, compound, transportation, technical services, vehicle handling and movements.
• Oversee customs clearance procedures and import formalities for vehicle shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers.
• Measure and analyze KPIs against SLAs to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, manufacturing and finance to support on‑time delivery processes.
• Work with logistics planning and quality functions to ensure timely, cost‑effective deliveries while meeting XPENG quality standards.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Economics or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of logistics/operations experience, preferably in automotive or finished‑vehicle logistics.
• Strong understanding of automotive customs formalities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Proactive, independent work style with a focus on customer service and quality.
