Manufacturing Technician

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician at FormFactor in Thiendorf, you will join a global leader in semiconductor test and measurement solutions. You will work in small, autonomous teams, handling the full production cycle of complex mechanical and electronic assemblies that support cutting‑edge technologies such as AI, 5G, autonomous driving and quantum computing.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, commission and test complex mechanical sub‑assemblies and electronic devices.
• Build electrical circuits according to schematics and perform maintenance and repair on assemblies.
• Carry out calibration, adjustments and fine‑tuning of equipment and modules.
• Contribute actively to continuous product development and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified skilled worker (Facharbeiter) in mechatronics, electronics, precision engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Self‑reliant, reliable work style with flexibility to handle both mechanical and electronic tasks.
• Willingness to pursue further training and development.
• Good proficiency in MS‑Office.
• Fluent German and basic English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
