Multi Site Business Manager – Airport Retail

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a commercially driven Multi‑Site Business Manager to lead its airport retail operations across Germany. Based in Frankfurt, you will oversee counters in Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin, ensuring consistent brand experience and strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large airport‑based team, handling rota planning, payroll budgeting and talent succession.
• Drive daily and monthly KPI achievement through motivation, coaching and performance reviews.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment in partnership with Talent Acquisition, including airport pass applications and security interviews.
• Maintain the #1 market ranking by delivering exceptional customer service and brand awareness.
• Plan and execute annual event and product launch strategies for each counter.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to support stores, align retail partners and ensure operational consistency.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management experience in travel retail or a similar high‑traffic environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle workplace conflict, HR processes and talent development.
• Willingness to travel frequently between German airport locations.
