About the role
Aeyde is looking for an Office Operations Manager to keep its Berlin headquarters running smoothly. You will support a growing team of 40+ employees by handling day‑to‑day logistics, improving workplace culture, and ensuring the office environment enables high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting spaces.
- Own internal processes such as onboarding, travel coordination, and meeting planning.
- Champion workplace improvements and wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication and support company‑wide projects.
- Manage office and operations budgets, track expenses, and produce reports.
- Oversee IT infrastructure for 40+ staff, including laptops and screens.
- Serve as the main liaison for external partners, service providers, and building management.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and assist HR with documentation and logistics.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in office or operations management, preferably in a fast‑paced startup, creative or consulting environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, can‑do attitude with a knack for spotting opportunities.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Passion for aesthetics, team culture, and collaboration.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Slack.
- Experience with project management tools.
