About the role
The Office Representative works in the call centre of a medical clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients. You will greet visitors, manage registrations, and support daily administrative operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify their information and check them in.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s system.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Process check‑outs, collect payments and issue receipts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic typing proficiency (35‑40 words per minute).
