About the role

The Office Representative works in the call centre of a medical clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients. You will greet visitors, manage registrations, and support daily administrative operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet patients, verify their information and check them in.
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s system.
Maintain and file patient records accurately.
Process check‑outs, collect payments and issue receipts.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in a clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic typing proficiency (35‑40 words per minute).
