About the role
As a Digital Manager (B2B) you will shape and execute our online marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads and feed the sales pipeline. You will own the full spectrum of digital channels, from social media and SEO to AI‑driven content and paid campaigns, while ensuring accurate tracking in Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and run B2B social media strategies on LinkedIn and YouTube, managing editorial calendars and community engagement.
- Lead the SEO roadmap, including topic clusters, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and snippet enhancements.
- Build and maintain a GEO (AI visibility) playbook with answer‑first content structures and source‑of‑truth pages.
- Create and optimise content across the buyer journey – pillar pages, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers and webinars.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid search, paid social and retargeting campaigns.
- Design and maintain clean lead‑tracking in Salesforce, including UTM parameters, attribution models and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Web/IT and external partners, presenting insights and recommendations.
Required profile
- Several years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in software or complex‑solution environments.
- Performance‑driven mindset with strong analytical, testing and optimisation skills.
- Excellent written English; German is a strong plus.
- Structured, ownership‑focused working style and proven stakeholder‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Salesforce campaign and lead tracking
- LinkedIn and YouTube channel management
- SEO tools (e.g., Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs)
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- HTML/CSS, schema/JSON‑LD and tag‑management systems
- Content optimisation (CRO, A/B testing)
- Experience with AI visibility / GEO concepts (nice to have)
