Operations Manager – Logistics (m/w/d) in Ettenheim

About the role

Amazon is building a new site in Ettenheim and is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the logistics and production teams. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfilment, safety, quality and productivity across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers and operational staff on a shift basis.
• Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, Security and other support functions.
• Design and deliver initiatives to enhance site performance and productivity.
• Act as the primary link between operational teams and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production, logistics or operations management.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance data and implement corrective measures.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal support teams.
