Organic Growth Content Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Growth Content Marketer to drive sustainable user acquisition for Almedia’s fast‑growing platform. You will own the end‑to‑end organic funnel, combining SEO, GEO, ASO and CRO to attract and convert millions of users across web and app channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish high‑quality articles, guides, landing‑page copy and app‑store listings at scale.
• Execute on‑page SEO, content refreshes, internal linking and ASO updates to improve rankings and visibility.
• Identify search intent and conversion opportunities, then create or optimise landing pages, copy and CTAs throughout the funnel.
• Shape the brand narrative and organic strategy across search, AI answers and app stores.
• Analyse ranking, citation and funnel data to spot growth opportunities and build the required assets.
• Design and automate scalable content workflows using AI and custom automation tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO, content creation or organic growth with a portfolio of published work.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills, able to adapt tone for different formats.
• Generalist understanding of how SEO, GEO, ASO and CRO intersect, and the ability to execute across each discipline.
• Data‑driven mindset: you let performance metrics guide content decisions.
• Comfortable collaborating in a fast‑paced, feedback‑rich environment.

Required skills

• Ahrefs or Semrush for keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
• AppTweak for ASO insights.
• Headless CMS platforms such as Strapi or WordPress.
• AI writing and research tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Automation and workflow tools (Cursor, Lovable, Antigravity, Railway).
