Overseas Project Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Overseas Project Management Specialist to drive international projects for BYD Automotive GmbH in Munich. The role focuses on initiating, coordinating and delivering overseas initiatives that support our zero‑emission transportation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new overseas projects into the system and advance project nominations.
• Review, negotiate and sign cooperation agreements with customers.
• Lead customer meetings and audits, resolve identified issues and improve factory operational efficiency.
• Verify that deliverables for each project phase are submitted on schedule.
• Organise phase reviews and regularly report project progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Logical thinking, fast learning, high execution standards and professional ethics.
• Experience with project scheduling, risk identification and coordination of internal and external resources.
