Part‑Time Technical Project Manager – Remote

About the role

Cloudrizon is seeking a versatile Technical Project Manager to work part‑time (≈20 h/week) on remote projects. You will act as the central hub between Development, DevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, while also stepping in for the CEO during parental leave to keep initiatives on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and client projects across all departments, translating strategic goals into actionable tasks.
• Prioritise technical and product roadmaps based on capacity, client needs and business objectives.
• Communicate with client product owners to align expectations and clarify requirements.
• Plan, implement and maintain infrastructure and DevOps initiatives, from initial setup to ongoing operations.
• Perform hands‑on technical work such as system installation, configuration, small automation scripts, minor coding and integrations.
• Facilitate agile and hybrid project‑management processes (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, retrospectives and reporting.
• Identify blockers early, mitigate risk and provide structured updates to leadership.
• Improve visibility of initiatives through dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Required profile

• Degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years managing cross‑functional technical projects, preferably in IT services, software or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud services, APIs, CI/CD and infrastructure setup.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills in English and German.
• Valid EU work permit; preferably based in Germany or Ireland.
