Pattern Designer – Menswear Tailoring

About the role

As a Pattern Designer for Menswear Tailoring, you will shape the development of Smart Casual Tailoring collections, turning innovative concepts into high‑quality pattern solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from initial design through to production release, ensuring fit, comfort and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the creation of new products and construction methods for Smart Casual Tailoring, setting up and continuously refining the range.
• Develop styles in 2D and 3D, managing the full product journey while meeting quality, construction and cost targets.
• Prepare and conduct fittings using 3D simulations and physical prototypes, analyse results, adjust patterns and document final approvals.
• Evaluate grading and size runs to maintain a coherent, brand‑consistent size architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in the PLM system and Adobe Illustrator, including sketches, measurement charts and processing guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Management, Technical Product Development, Operations and external vendors to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
