People & Culture Coordinator – Europe & Middle East

About the role

Join BeWunder’s international People & Culture team and help shape scalable HR processes across Europe and the Middle East. The role focuses on people operations, process improvement, system optimisation, automation and cross‑regional projects that enhance employee experience while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day People & Culture operations across Europe and the Middle East throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate employment‑related documents, visa applications, letters and administrative requests.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, guidelines and process standards for People Operations.
• Drive and coordinate HR projects, identify opportunities to streamline, automate and scale workflows.
• Explore and implement digital tools, automation solutions and AI use cases for the function.
• Assist with recruitment activities, interview coordination and candidate experience when needed.

Required profile

• First relevant experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting, Business Operations or a similar field.
• Exposure to People Business Partnering activities such as organisational changes and leadership support.
• Experience in a startup, scale‑up or fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Passion for process improvement, digital tooling, automation and AI.
• Open to occasional travel, including visits to the Dubai office.
