People & Culture Internship – Ignite Program

About the role

Join Coca-Cola's Ignite program as a People & Culture Intern and gain hands‑on experience in HR while contributing to real business projects. You will work in Berlin, collaborating with global leaders and a vibrant community of early‑career professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with employee development programs, training, and career growth initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement surveys and culture‑improvement projects.
• Help with performance management processes and employee relations tasks.
• Analyze HR metrics to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align People & Culture initiatives with company goals.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship).
• Available to start on 1 October 2026 and commit 40 hours/week for 12 months.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic about Coca‑Cola’s brands, inclusive, team‑oriented and eager to make an impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR software systems.
